Training

Your requirements will be scoped FOC, and agreed in advance. Specific training can be designed if not available as standard. Various delivery options available.

Coaching / Mentoring

One to one leadership coaching and mentoring. A minimum of 4 sessions, each of 1.5 hour duration. Can be held face to face or online. Delivered by an ILM qualified coach and mentor.
